When asked what advice would be essential to new Twitter users, CJ suggests getting your content exposed, but keeping it interesting and relevant. “Don’t inundate your followers with advertisements for yourself. Post about other artists and interesting information related to your type of art.”
Speaking of other artists, CJ speaks highly of CreaturesFromEl on Etsy, as well as Ed Beard Jr. Though they use different mediums, both of these artists focus on dragons, which CJ collects. Though CJ strives to keep her creations unique and self-inspired, she uses YouTube on occasion to develop new techniques and get accustomed to new mediums.
Though her jewelry and accessories play on the imagination, on a deserted island, CJ would approach the situation with a practical eye. “How about a boat? Why does no one ever choose a boat? Or better yet a yacht. Okay if I can’t have that then I guess I would want an E-reader with an unlimited supply of titles, a movie theatre with every movie ever made and a solar generator to power it all.”
